FIELD
Francisco has served the Lord faithfully in Honduras in many different capacities since becoming a believer. In his church (Iglesia Bautista Conservadora) located in La Estancia, Olancho, he was first an Elder, then the Treasurer, then a Deacon and since 2000 he has been the Pastor of the church.

Francisco was appointed by Missions Door as the Regional Director of the Honduran Extension Bible Institute under the supervision of Pastor Humberto Del Arca in 2006 over the Olancho area where he supervises 19 churches.

As Regional Director, he oversees and represents the Conservative Baptist churches of his region, and promotes the vision to plant new churches, using the principles of church-planting-by-extension—recruiting, discipling and training church planters.

FAITH
Francisco grew up in a Catholic home in the community of La Estancia, Honduras.  When he was young his parents accepted Christ. Francisco accepted Christ as his Savior after hearing an evangelist in Olancho preach the gospel in 1980 when his heart was moved to accept the grace of Jesus into his life. In 1981 he was baptized by his local church. His wife, Sunilda grew up in a Christian home and accepted the Lord as well in 1980.

FAMILY
Sunilda and Francisco were married in 1983 and were blessed with four children: Danuvia, Héber, Lesvin and Yesi.
