FIELD
Santos and Luisa have a great passion for ministry and have been serving the Lord faithfully in Honduras since 2004.

Santos was appointed by Missions Door as the Regional Director of the Honduran Extension Bible Institute under the supervision of Pastor Humberto Del Arca in 2006 over the Atlántida area where he supervises 16 churches.

As Regional Director, Santos oversees and represents the Conservative Baptist churches of his region, and promotes the vision to plant new churches using the principles of church-planting-by-extension—recruiting, discipling and training church planters.

FAITH
Santos was born in Roatan, Bay Islands. He accepted Christ as his Savior at the Conservative Baptist Church in Guanaja, Bay Islands in 1981.

His wife, Luisa, accepted the Lord in 1987.

In 1998 Santos made a new commitment to Christ and began to prepare for the ministry. He felt called through the strong and faithful example of his father Hector who served as a HEBI regional director. Santos was ordained for ministry in 1998.

When his father, Hector Flores, got sick and resigned his position as a Regional Director of the Honduras Extension Bible Institute, Santos took his place and started working in the same Department.
