Lauren found Campus Ambassadors at Fitchburg State University in the fall of 2014 and was a devoted member throughout her time on campus. She was appointed by Missions Door in May of 2016 and worked as a student intern until she graduated in May of 2018. After graduation, she decided to enter into full-time ministry and is currently serving as Acting Director at Fitchburg State University.
Lauren has seen the amazing impact of college ministry in her own life and wants to give that back to as many people as she can reach. Campus Ambassadors changed everything about Lauren’s faith journey and she hopes to walk beside others as they discover who Christ is and what it means to be His disciple just like many others did for her.
Lauren grew up in a Christian home, accepted Christ and was baptized at a young age. She didn’t really own her faith for herself until she found Campus Ambassadors in her freshman year of college. With the support of her newfound CA family and guidance from campus ministers, her life began to take on purpose and meaning in ways she never imagined were possible. After serving in various leadership positions for CA at Fitchburg State, Lauren’s passion for campus ministry grew and lead her to pursue the mission further, first as an intern, and now, as a Field Minister.
Lauren lives in Clinton, Massachusetts with her husband, Micah. She is also very thankful for the love and support she receives from her family back home in New Hampshire.
