Andrey and Liubov were appointed by Missions Door in 2017 serving as missionaries in both Ukraine and Pennsylvania. Their ministry is focused primarily on church planting and leadership development within the Ukrainian church through evangelism, counseling and discipleship, and strategic planning for new churches. They want to plant a missions focused church and develop a family center that is focused on counseling and care.
Andrey has served in ministries in Kyrgyzstan, the United States, Ukraine, Russia and Belarus. He has served in compassion, preaching, and counseling ministries, and was active in organizing and conducting Christian camps for orphans in Ukraine, Russia and Belarus.
Liubov has also served the Lord in various ministries including youth and women’s ministry. For several years, she was a coordinator for Christian camps and was the coordinator of the children’s Christian club “SKYLAND” doing outreach to children and youth.
Andrey was born in the city of Frunze (now Bishkek), Kyrgyzstan. His family lived in Kyrgyzstan and Ukraine, and in 1998 moved to the United States. When he was 15, the Lord touched his heart and he gave his life to Christ. He was baptized when he was 16 at the Slavic Baptist Church in Еrie, Pennsylvania.
Liubov was born in Lebedin, Ukraine and has nine siblings. She grew up in a Christian home and gave her life to Christ and was baptized when she was 16.
Andrey met Liubov in 2010 on a mission trip to Ukraine to hold Christmas camps for orphans. They fell in love and got married in 2011. Immediately after the wedding, both began studying at Donetsk Christian University.
