Enfoque ministerial
As a missionary serving Quebec, Daniel says that his goal, before embarking on any missionary work, is to live a cross-centered life - to be an active, serving member in his local church and to be active in making disciples of Jesus Christ. Daniel has served as the director of development for SEMBEQ (Seminaire Baptiste Evangelique du Quebec) since 2012. In that role, he is passionate to see godly leaders formed to start new churches and serve in existing churches in Quebec, the most unreached people group in North America. All of his tasks and responsibilities serve this passion. He is also responsible for SEMBEQ's publishing ministry, Editions Cruciforme. His role with Editions Cruciforme is to build a resource of affordable, quality, Christ-centered resources in French. This is accomplished through translation, republications, and working with French-Canadian authors.
Historia de fe
Daniel was born and grew up in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. He repented of his sins and placed his whole faith and trust in Jesus Christ when he was 16 years old through a friend who shared the Gospel with him on New Year's Eve. Since that time he has been passionate about studying God's word in order to know Him better and to worship Him with increasing passion.
Daniel and Judith felt a call to Quebec after spending time in Quebec City for their honeymoon. Upon moving to Quebec, they began to serve at Eglise Le Sentier in Gatineau, Quebec where they are to this day.
Daniel was connected to SEMBEQ through his pastor who encouraged him in ministry formation. After beginning his training and getting involved in the cohort, Daniel was impressed with the holistic approach to ministry training and he knew that God would powerfully use SEMBEQ in Quebec to train pastors and leaders!

Su participación en Missions Door hace posible la formación pastoral, la capacitación de líderes, la plantación de iglesias y la proyección social para fortalecer la influencia del cristianismo en Canadá.
Instantánea cultural
Como variante de los juegos de palo y pelota, el hockey sobre hielo se desarrolló notablemente gracias a su popularidad en Canadá, donde el primer partido de hockey bajo techo se jugó en 1875 en Montreal.
