The Power of Indigenous Missionaries

Updates | Stories | Lives Changed

Did you know indigenous missionaries have increased church planting by 300%? As you consider how you can support missionaries next year, think about indigenous missionaries — Cambodian missionaries in Cambodia, Guatemalan Missionaries in Guatemala, etc. These are missionaries who are from the country they’re ministering in. They know the language, culture, and care deeply for their countrymen.

That’s why we’re launching the Strategic Advance Fund, to support indigenous missionaries who can spread the gospel more effectively. Watch President Rick Miller explain our initiative and share a story about Missions Door missionaries Paul and Tania Steer who are indigenous missionaries in Honduras.

We hope you partner with us in supporting indigenous ministry and leaders.

How Can You Help

The Great Commission is what spurs us to do indigenous ministry. Around the world, Christians are making disciples in their hometowns and bringing the gospel to their people. How will you be a part of that?
